Do you have a Refund Policy?
Refund & Deposit Policy – French & English Bulldog Puppies
Yes, we do offer a refund policy for our French Bulldog and English Bulldog puppies under specific conditions. We understand that sometimes nature doesn’t go as planned, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for our valued clients.
If you place a deposit on a French or English Bulldog puppy—such as requesting a specific gender or color—and that puppy is not available (for example, if you requested a male and none were born), your deposit will be refunded in full. Alternatively, you may choose to have your deposit transferred to a future litter from one of our upcoming planned breedings—whichever you prefer.
Refunds will be processed and mailed within 14 days after it is confirmed that your chosen puppy is not available. This confirmation usually happens on the day of the litter’s birth, or in the case of a failed pregnancy, within 10 days after the expected due date.
Please note:
Once you send a deposit and are added to our reservation list, your deposit is only refundable if we are unable to provide you with a puppy as agreed. If you change your mind, cancel for personal reasons, or fail to pay the remaining balance by the deadline, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The only exception is if we mutually agree to a refund due to extenuating circumstances—this must be documented in writing and approved by us.
Final payment is due when puppies reach 5 weeks of age, and shipping or pickup will occur at 8 weeks. We’re happy to work with you on scheduling and arrangements to ensure a smooth transition for your new Bulldog pup.

All of our French and English Bulldog puppies are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale. Each puppy receives a thorough vet check before leaving our care, and a certified health certificate is provided for all puppies being shipped.
We strongly encourage all new puppy owners to schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of your puppy’s arrival. This initial checkup helps confirm your puppy’s health in its new environment and ensures a smooth transition into your home.
Please note: Health claims made after the 72-hour window are typically not covered under our guarantee, as we can no longer control the environment, handling, or exposure once the puppy leaves our care.
We are committed to providing you with a happy, healthy Bulldog puppy, and we’re always available to answer questions or provide guidance as your new best friend settles in.
Can I contact you for advice or support after I get my puppy?
YES! We shall stay in very close contact with you and your future family member so I can guide you on your journey through training and anything that goes along with ownership. *We will appreciate lots of pictures and updates since we love to watch them grow.
Can we come visit and meet your dogs?
YES! Your very much welcome to visit meet/greet the dogs and ask questions but this is by appointment only during weekends. Please do not visit any kennels or pet stores prior to your visit, this protects our dogs from deadly diseases such as Parvo that are carried on your shoes.

When do puppies get to unite with thier new families?
Each puppy is different just like children so most are ready at or around 8 weeks of age some we keep a little longer or until we feel they are ready. Puppies need love, training, and alot of socialization before going to meet there new families. We start PAT( Puppy Aptitude Testing) testing at 4 weeks of age this is when puppies start showing true personality traits.
